Mainstreamed Services in Environmental, Social, Safety and Health (ESSH). The Safeguards Services engaged by PAGE comprises Environmental, Social, Safety and Health Management. To date, a number of clients have been offered the services to completion, leading to certification. The services have been offered under selective scopes per contract, cutting across diverse fields. Our design of operation is illustrated under the following Sections:

PAGE Cross-cutting Areas of Operation

Risk Assessment	PAGE will assist clients in identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing potential risks to an organization in view of the scopes of ESS&H. Our goal is to help clients to manage and reduce potential risks before they become critical issues. Our core focus is anchored on: Hazard Identification, Risk Evaluation, Development of risk control measures, Recording findings, Reviewing and updating associated records.
Monitoring	As a cross-cutting objective, we will regularly review, monitor, and report on the management of environmental, social, safety and health risks and impacts associated with a project. We will implement monitoring as an integral part of a project’s governance scheme.
Research and Development	PAGE will carry out processes that create new knowledge and introduce new ideas to an organization. In research, we will carry out associates environmental, social, safety and health studies to bring out new knowledge and ideas in the areas of interest. We will also generate new technologies, processes, and services, or techniques to suit client operation needs. In innovation, we will introduce new ideas to an organization, which can be useful and valuable. Innovation can be disruptive, incremental, or sustaining.
Assessments and Surveys	PAGE will carry out Assessments and surveys using targeting tools to collect responses from target stakeholders. In assessments, we will measure the respondent’s comprehension, growth, or skills. We will purpose to evaluate a person’s understanding of a topic, their progress, or the skills they need to learn. We make the affair as interactive as possible using suitable quick response techniques. We tailor our approaches to match specific projects and can be personalized for each respondent. We make the process to be evaluable as possible to permit the comparison across various responses or over time. In Surveys, PAGE will gather opinions or data about a group of people with a purpose of understanding matters such as their thoughts on politics, products, or an organization’s leadership. In surveys, we will engage a one-way flow of information, with the administrator receiving the gathered information. Surveys typically aren’t configured to visualize a score or result. The findings will serve as basis for impacting decision-making processes by providing empirical data that informs strategies and actions.
Audits and Inspections	We evaluate how well our clients’ operations, procedures, and facilities comply with environmental regulations and industry standards. We will assess air and water quality, waste management, energy consumption, and environmental sustainability practices among others. Our goal is to identify potential environmental risks and recommend improvements to minimize negative impacts. We also evaluate organization’s performance against agreed standards for labor, health and safety, business ethics, in relation to social performance. Our social audit goal is to help clients achieve a balance between profits and ethics, and improve their public perception. Our interventions will help clients to: -Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards, -Identify potential environmental risks, -Recommend improvements to minimize negative impacts, -Achieve a balance between profits and ethics, -Improve public perception, -Satisfy stakeholders’ supply chain ESG demands
Technology and AI Solutions	Artificial Intelligence (AI) has taken the stage of each business and daily life activities by storm as an essential necessity, and is fast edging out traditional approaches. PAGE is therefore keeping up with advanced technologies that use algorithms, data analysis, and computational power to automate processes, make predictions, and learn from data without explicit programming. We fit in by adopting use of up-to-date equipment, software and technological advancements as a scientific approach.
Environmental & Social Governance (ESG)	We walk with clients towards the path of achieving ESG  implementation and assist in simplifying the understanding towards compliance services. Our ESG “Realization” services will play a crucial role in the development of any projects value chain from concept to planning, to initial stages of project implementation, through operation, closure and through post-closure phases. Our services are designed to develop performance indicators of impacts through operation of projects value chain on the environment, local communities, and governing benchmarks, ensuring responsible and sustainable practices are evaluated. We object at implementing requisite recommendations by lead stakeholders, as we align the same with sustainable governance policies. We assist developers to integrate policies with firms or institutions operations.
